Non-Exclusive Licenses

Basic, Premium, and Unlimited licenses are non-exclusive. This means the same instrumental

may be licensed to multiple artists.

Your license allows you to create and commercially release one original song using the

purchased instrumental, subject to the usage limits of your selected license.

RestrictionsPurchased instrumentals may not be resold, redistributed, shared, sublicensed, or uploaded by

themselves for others to use.

Artists may not claim that they produced or own the original instrumental.

Instrumentals may not be registered with Content ID or similar automated

copyright-claiming systems if doing so could create claims against Ripe Minds Studios or

other properly licensed artists.

Producer Credit

When reasonably possible, releases using a Ripe Minds Studios instrumental should include:

“Produced by KAZI”

Publishing & Royalties

Purchasing a beat license does not automatically transfer the producer's songwriting,

publishing, or royalty interests. Any applicable publishing splits or royalty arrangements may be

established separately.

Digital Delivery

After payment is successfully completed, customers will receive the files associated with their

selected license and access to the applicable licensing terms.

Different license levels may include MP3, WAV, stems, or other production files.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of instrumentals and immediate access to licensed material, beat

purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.

Customers should review the selected license and included files before completing their

purchase.

License Violations

Using an instrumental beyond the rights provided by the purchased license may require the

artist to upgrade their license or discontinue the unauthorized use.

Serious or unresolved violations may result in termination of the license and other remedies

available under applicable law.

AcceptanceBy purchasing and downloading an instrumental from Ripe Minds Studios, the customer

acknowledges that they have reviewed and accepted this Beat Licensing Policy along with the

specific terms and limitations of their selected license.
