Once any usage limit is reached, the purchaser must renew the license, upgrade to an Unlimited Lease or obtain written authorization from the producer.
5. License Term
The Premium Lease remains valid for five years from the original purchase date.
After the five-year term expires, the purchaser must renew or upgrade the license to continue commercially distributing or monetizing the song.
6. Ownership
The producer retains ownership of the instrumental, its underlying composition and all associated copyrights.
The purchaser owns their original lyrics and vocal performance. The purchaser may own the final master recording they create, subject to the producer’s continuing rights in the underlying instrumental and composition.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
The producer retains 50% of the songwriting and publishing interest in the completed song.
The remaining 50% belongs collectively to the purchaser and any additional songwriters.
The producer must be properly listed when the song is registered with a performing-rights organization or publishing administrator.
Any alternative split must be approved in writing by all applicable parties.
8. Producer Credit
The purchaser must credit the producer wherever credits are displayed.

9. Content ID and Copyright Claims
The purchaser may not register the instrumental or completed song with YouTube Content ID, Meta Rights Manager, Facebook Rights Manager or a similar automated copyright-claiming service without written permission from the producer.
The purchaser may not submit copyright claims against the producer or other artists who have legally licensed the same instrumental.
The completed song may still be registered with a performing-rights organization, provided the producer is properly credited and the correct publishing split is listed.

The purchaser may not:
Resell, redistribute or upload the instrumental by itself
Transfer or sublicense this lease to another person or company
Claim ownership or authorship of the instrumental
Sell or distribute the stems, samples or individual instrumental files
Use the instrumental to create another beat, sample pack or production library

11. Exclusive Sale of the Instrumental
If the instrumental is later sold exclusively, this Premium Lease will remain valid until its expiration date.
The exclusive buyer cannot cancel properly issued licenses that existed before the exclusive purchase. However, the purchaser must still follow all usage limits and other conditions contained in this policy.
12. Payments and Refunds
All payments are final and nonrefundable once the instrumental files have been delivered or downloaded.
A refund may be considered only if:
The purchaser was charged more than once for the same transaction
The wrong instrumental files were delivered
A technical issue prevents delivery and cannot be corrected
Personal preference, failure to use the instrumental or a change in creative direction does not qualify for a refund.
13. No Guaranteed Results
Purchasing a Premium Lease does not guarantee:
Radio airplay
Playlist placement
Streaming numbers
Music sales
Record-label attention
Publishing opportunities
Commercial success
Social-media engagement
A return on the purchaser’s investment
The license grants usage rights only.
14. Breach and Termination
If the purchaser violates this policy, the producer may provide written notice describing the violation.
The purchaser will have 10 calendar days to correct the violation when correction is reasonably possible. If the violation is not corrected, the producer may terminate the license and require the purchaser to stop distributing and monetizing the song.
Serious violations—including unauthorized resale, fraudulent copyright claims or redistribution of the instrumental files—may result in immediate termination.
Termination does not automatically entitle the purchaser to a refund.
15. Governing Law
This policy will be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, unless another written agreement states otherwise.
16. Acceptance
Payment for and download of the Premium Lease confirms that the purchaser has read, understood and accepted this policy.
